Removing access to logs


In order to comply with regulation, I need some members of our team not to have access at all to logs in the Production environment.

I have seen the documentation with the 3 levels of logging but I a still afraid as it seems even with Level 1 (message logs) there is PII that is displayed (for instance the email of the recipient).

Could you please enlighten me on that.

Hi @jeremie.cohen :wave: - Level 1 log access gives a high level view of the logs without access to request information returned from Courier and the configured provider. We have a role-based access control feature that can limit access to logs, and we can also create a more customized role that will limit users from accessing the logs. This feature is available for Courier Business tier accounts.
