How to set from name in send api?

I have a template with a mailgun integration. I define the “from” email using my authorized domain in mailgun of the form @<domain.com>.

When the email hits the inbox it just shows as the name? How can I set this name to something of my choosing? I’m using the send (not send_message) api.

You can set the “from” email address at the notification level through the channel settings, or through overrides in your request to mailgun.

You can use this type of format:

Sender Name <example@youremailprovider.com>
