Freezing issues when using Designer Tab; How do you fix this?

I’d like to have some assistance on this matter, I’m encountering some page freezing issues whenever I try to fiddle around in the designer tab. I don’t recall this happening a few weeks ago.

I’ve used both Firefox, Firefox Developer Edition & Microsoft Edge just to see if the problem persists, and it did for all browsers.

I’d like to have this fixed as soon as possible as this is hindering me from creating templated notifications.
