Hello! I know you’ve resolved this in other support channels, but I thought I’d answer here for the next person who searches the forum. Throttled happens when you reach a Send Limit. Typically, it occurs when the free tier limit has been reached, but there are other send limits where Throttled would occur, as noted in the above document.
