Click-Through Tracking and Email-Open Tracking not working

Hi,

I have enabled Click-Through Tracking and Email-Open Tracking not working in my workspace, But these features not work.

Give your suggestions.

Hi there,

Click-through and open tracking are only available for the production environment. The test environment does have the toggles for both features, but they will not work.

I could take a look through your workspace and investigate. Would you be so kind to share with me the workspace name so I can take a look? Thanks!
